November 04, 1992|By Stephen Wigler

The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, whose players have been performing without a contract since the beginning of the season, announced yesterday that its management and the musicians' negotiating committee have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract.

Parties to the agreement have agreed not to discuss details until next week, when the full orchestra and the BSO board of `D directors are expected to ratify it in separate votes.
