PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 10 issues totaling more than $48.98 million.

0 The issues being called are:

* Fort Smith, Ark., Series 1976, industrial development revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1996. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Atwater Redevelopment Agency, Calif., Series 1982 A, tax allocation bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1995, and Dec. 1, 2008. All outstanding bonds called at 104 on Dec. 1, 1992.

* California Educational Facilities Authority, Series 1982, revenue bonds maturing Dec. 15, 1993, Dec. 15, 1994, and Dec. 15, 2007. All outstanding bonds called on Dec. 15, 1992 at 100 1/2 for the Dec. 15, 1993, maturity, 101 for the Dec. 15, 1994, maturity, and 102 for the Dec. 15, 2007, maturity.

* California Health Facilities Authority, Series 1982 A, hospital revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, Dec. 1, 1994, and Dec. 1, 2004. $26.38 million called at 102 on Dec. 1, 1992.

* California Pollution Control Financing Authority, Series 1982, pollution control revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 2012. $2.1 million called at 103 on Dec. 1, 1992.

Loma Linda, Calif., Series 1982, hospital revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, Dec. 1, 1994, and Dec. 1, 2008. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Montecito Sanitation District, Calif., Series 1982 A, sewer revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called on Dec. 1, 1992 at par plus a premium of 1/4 of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date not exceeding 2 percent.

* Troy Economic Development Corporation, Mich., Series 1982, economic development revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 2012. All outstanding bonds called at 103 on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Sullivan County Industrial Development Board, Tenn., Series 1978, industrial development revenue bonds maturing June 1, 1993. $1 million called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Washington State Public Power Supply System, Series 1980 A, nuclear project No. 1 revenue bonds maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1995. $19.5 million called at 102 on Nov. 12, 1992.
