PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 12 issues totaling more than $29.4 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Anniston Industrial Development Board, Ala., Series 1975, pollution control revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 2000, and Dec. 2005. $9.1 million called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Oxford, Ala., Series 1983, commercial development revenue bonds maturing June 1, 1993, through June 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Greenwood School District No. 25, Ark., Series 1986, construction bonds maturing June 1, 1993, through June 1, 2006. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Mountain Lake School District No. 9, Ark., Series 1986, refunding bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Hollywood-Burbank Airport Authority, Calif., Series 1978, airport revenue bonds maturing June 1, 1993, and June 1, 2008. $16.2 million called on Dec. 1, 1992, at 100 1/4 for the June 1, 1993, maturity, and at 102 for the June 1, 2008, maturity.

* Douglas County, Colo., Series 1982 B, industrial development revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1997, and Dec. 1, 2002. $4.135 million called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

Cairo, Ga., Series 1971, water and sewer revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at 103 1/2 on Dec. 1, 1992.

East Baton Rouge Parish, La., Series 1979, industrial and pollution control revenue bonds maturing June 1, 2004. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Dublin, Ohio, Series 1982, industrial development first mortgage revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called at 103 on Dec. 1, 1992.

Baytown Housing Finance Corp., Texas, Series 1979 A, single-family mortgage revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1999, Dec. 1, 2010, and Dec. 1, 2011. All outstanding bonds called at 101 1/2 on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Dousman, Wis., Series 1990, general obligation bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 2000. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Sweetwater County, Wyo., Series 1975, pollution control revenue bonds maturing Dec. 1, 2005. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.
