Zoning OK expected for Jessup car wash

Zoning Board members are expected to agree to construction of a car wash on Old Waterloo Road near Route 108 in Jessup this week.

The board unanimously voted Wednesday to grant a petition by Andrew M. Rollins Jr. to change 1.2 acres from quarter-acre lot residential zoning to general business zoning. The decision is expected to be signed this week.

The site is at 6490 Waterloo Road next to the Deep Run mobile home park.
