October 26, 1992

When schools close Nov. 3 for Election Day, children between 11 and 14 don't have to stay home alone.

Instead, they are invited to the Columbia Association's Teen Center for a full day of fun.

Activities begin at 9 a.m. with cooking projects. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. participants will visit the Family Fitness Fun Jungle in Ellicott City. The center includes arcade games and 18 different aerobic units.

The cost is $15 for Columbia residents and $17 for non-residents. Lunch is included in this price.

The registration deadline is Friday. Information: 992-3726.
