Lynda Lohsen scored one goal and assisted on another to lead Loyola over Fairfield, 3-2, in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference soccer game yesterday at Loyola.
The victory over Fairfield, which was unbeaten in MAAC play, puts Loyola (8-5-1, 2-0) in first place in the conference. Fairfield's record fell to 5-5, 2-1 in the conference.

Riisamandel leads the Gators with 26 goals and five assists. Sophomore forward Carrie Stallings and sophomore midfielder Michelle Mazouat added goals in the second half.
