Traffic patterns to change Sunday near Arundel Center 0) North for Halloween party

Traffic pattern changes will be in effect Sunday around Arundel Center North because of the annaul Children's Halloween Safety Party.

From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard, from the Glen Burnie parking garage northwest to Oak Lane, and Crain Highway, from Central Avenue north to Oak Lane, will be closed.

Drivers are asked to use Central Avenue and Oak Lane as detours around the plaza area.

Drivers shoud exercise caution because the area will be filled with children in costume.

Night worker robbed at Pizza Express

County police are looking for the man who robbed a Glen Burnie pizza restaurant employee early Wednesday.

According to the police report, an employee at Pizza Express was taking out the trash behind the Aquahart Road restaurant at 2 a.m., when the robber hit him in the back and demanded the bank bag he was carrying.

L The employee turned over the money, and the robber ran away.

Police described the suspect as a black male, about 5-foot-10 and with a deep voice.

* Glen Burnie: Someone broke into a home in the 100 block of Crain Highway Saturday, and took money and a color television.

* Glen Burnie: Someone broke into the Glen Golf and Games store in the 7400 block of B&A Blvd. Sunday and stole the money in the change machine.

* Hidden Woods: A man reported that someone broke into his home in the 400 block of Secret Bend Drive Tuesday and stole appliances. The property is valued at $1,000.

* Country Club Manor: A resident in the 1400 block of Oakdale Road told police that someone broke into his garage Tuesday and stole tools.
