Dr. Schub to treat digestive disorders at Harper's Farm

Dr. Russell Schub has opened a gastroenterology practice in the Harper's Farm Office Complex, 5999 Harper's Farm Road, Suite 215E.

He recently completed three years of active service in the Navy as a staff gastroenterologist and chairman of the nutrition committee at Bethesda Naval Hospital.

Dr. Schub is a 1984 graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Price Waterhouse promotes consultants

Price Waterhouse has promoted the following to senior consultants in its Mid-Atlantic Consulting practice: Kara W. Arnold, a magna cum laude graduate of Clemson University; Kenneth E. Currie, a graduate of Towson State University; Stephen J. Harvey, a graduate of the College of William and Mary; Carolyn M. Marr, a MBA graduate from the University of Maryland; and David G. Williams, a graduate of George Washington University.

Compu-Power to sell software to tire firm

Compu-Power, a Columbia-based tire computer hardware and software company, recently announced that Bridgestone/Firestone has signed a contract to purchase Compu-Power's retread software for its nine retread shops.

The retread package will be an optional module in the TRACS Tire Management System and controls the retread manufacturing process from raw material to the finished tire.

2 employees promoted at Celebrate Maryland!

Karen Gerwig and Sandra Moylan of Celebrate Maryland! have been promoted to associate general managers in the company.

Both Ms. Gerwig and Ms. Moylan will manage the Ellicott City store, which opened in 1987, and the St. Michaels store, which opened in April.

Both women have been with the company since 1988.
