A 43-year-old Severn man was arrested Friday and charged with running a mail-order drug ring, county police said yesterday.
Joseph Harry Sine, of the 300 block of Constant Ave., waarrested at an apartment he maintains in Elkridge, in Howard County, and charged with 10 drug violations, including possession with intent to distribute PCP and possession of PCP.
His arrest capped an 18-month investigation carried out jointly by the county police and the U.S. Postal Inspector's office.
Police said Mr. Sine allegedly mailed drugs to customers in one-ounce bottles.
Police said they searched the Howard and Anne Arundel addresses.
