PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal Bond Issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 17 issues totaling more than $81 million.

2` The issues being called are: * Central Coast Water Authority, Calif., Series 1992, development revenue bonds maturing May 1, 1995. $23.5 million called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* North Dakota State Housing Finance Agency, Series 1983 A, single family mortgage revenue bonds maturing July 1, 1994, through July 1, 1997, July 1, 2003, and July 1, 2014. Partial call of $1.6 million at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

North Dakota State Housing Finance Agency, Series 1983 B, single family mortgage revenue bonds maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1995, July 1, 1999, July 1, 2003, and July 1, 2014. Partial call of $2.3 million at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* North Dakota State Housing Finance Agency, Series 1983 C, single family mortgage revenue bonds maturing Jan. 1 and July 1, 1993, through Jan. 1, and July 1, 1997, Jan. 1, 1999, and July 1, 2004. Partial call of $1.3 million at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* North Dakota State Housing Finance Agency, Series 1984 A, single family mortgage revenue bonds maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1998, and July 1, 2008. Partial call of $2.1 million at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* North Dakota State Housing Finance Agency, Series 1988 A, single family mortgage revenue bonds maturing July 1, 2015, and July 1, 2019. Partial call of $1.5 million at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* North Dakota State Housing Finance Agency, Series 1989 A, single family mortgage revenue bonds maturing July 1, 1993, Jan. 1 and July 1, 1994 through Jan. 1 and July 1, 2004, Jan. 1, 2012, and July 1, 2021. Partial call of $2.1 million at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Hanover Area School District, Pa., Series 1977, general obligation bonds maturing Feb. 1, 1997, and Feb. 1, 2008. All outstanding bonds called at par on Oct. 15, 1992.

* York County Industrial Development Authority, Pa., Series 1979 B, industrial development revenue bonds maturing May 1, 1994. $3.3 million called at 102 on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Port Tacoma, Wash., Series 1977, general obligation bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2005. $38.5 million called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Redmond Local Improvement District, Wash., Series 1992, bond anticipation notes maturing Nov. 1, 1993. $2.7 million called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Snohomish County Public Utility District, Wash., Series 1980, water revenue bonds maturing May 1, 1993, through May 1, 1995, and May 1, 2010. $2.1 million called at 103 on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Spokane and Pend Oreille Counties, Wash., Series 1982 A, general obligation bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Menomonee Falls, Wis., Series 1986, general obligation promissory notes maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Milton, Wis., Series 1979, general obligation bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993 through Nov. 1, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Oak Creek, Wis., Series 1985, general obligation bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

Sheboygan County, Wis., Series 1979, general obligation bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993. All outstanding bonds called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.
