POLICE

Streamwood: Hand and power tools, drills and circular saws were taken after two sheds at the rear of a house in the 6600 of Seneca Drive were forced open, damaging both locks, on the night of Sept. 29, state police said.

FIRE

Gamber: Gamber, Winfield and Sykesville responded to a chimney fire on Klee Mill Road at 2:57 a.m. yesterday. Units remained on the scene for an hour and 15 minutes.

Gamber: Gamber, Reese and Westminster responded to a house fire on Sykesville Road at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday. Units remained on the scene for 30 minutes.

Gamber: Gamber responded to an auto fire on Route 97 at 7:46 p.m. Wednesday. Units remained on the scene for 30 minutes.
