PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 14 issues totaling more than $61.335 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Newport Beach, Calif., Series 1984 A through F, health facilities revenue bonds (Hoag Memorial Hospital) maturing Oct. 1, 2014. $58.2 million called at par on Oct. 15, 1992.

* Lafayette, Colo., Series 1985, sewer revenue bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 1999, and Nov. 1, 2005. $2.165 million called at 101 on Nov. 1, 1992.

Clinton Economic Development Corp., Mich., Series A, limited obligation revenue bonds (Kmart Project) maturing Nov. 1, 2006. All outstanding bonds called at 102 1/2 on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Macomb County Community College District, Mich., Series 1978, general obligation Community College bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Blue Ash Economic Development Authority, Ohio, Series 1986, industrial revenue bonds (Oki Distributing Inc. Project) maturing Nov. 1, 1986. $970,000 called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Downingtown Area School Authority, Pa., Series 1964, school revenue bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993. All outstanding bonds called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Eastern Area Special School Authority, Pa., Series A, school building revenue bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

Moniteau School District, Pa., Series 1985, general obligation bonds maturing April 15 and Nov. 15, from April 15, 1993, through April 15, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on Oct. 15, 1992.

* Trinity Area School District, Pa., Series 1984, general obligation bonds maturing July 15, 1993, and July 15, 1994. All outstanding bonds called at par on Oct. 20, 1992.
