Baltimore City

SHOOTING: Southwestern District -- Tracy Crawley, of the 3600 block of Mulberry St., was treated at St. Agnes Hospital Tuesday morning and released after being shot in the right arm by an occupant of a car that drove past him as he stood in the 500 block of Loudon Ave.

SHOOTING: Southern District -- Ida Arnwood, 70, of the 900 block of Mayadon Court, is listed in good condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot accidentally Wednesday night in a house in the 900 block of Honaker Court in Brooklyn. Martin Scruggs, 19, of the 600 block of Bridgeview Road, Cherry Hill, was in the Honaker Court home at 9 p.m. and was attempting to hide a .357 Magnum revolver when the weapon discharged, striking the woman in the right hip. An investigation ruled the shooting was an accident and no charges were placed against Mr. Scruggs.

THEFT: Central District -- Police were seeking the owner of a 1992 Cadillac bearing Virginia tags in connection with the removal of a Denver boot from the car while it was parked Monday in the 1700 block of Madison Ave. When Veronica Dulin of the city's Department of Transportation prepared to have the car towed away Wednesday, she discovered the boot, valued at $450, missing.

BURGLARY/ARREST: Central District -- Kim Reagan, 24, of the 700 block of George St. was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with breaking into a house in the 600 block of Brune St. and stealing three gold chains and $50, all valued at $800.

THEFT: Central District -- Two young boys were being sought in connection with the theft Wednesday of two Koi fish from a pond in the back yard of a house in the 1300 block of Linden Green in Bolton Hill Wednesday morning. The multi-color Oriental fish were valued at $200.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Stereo equipment valued at $600 was stolen from a house in the 1300 block of Eutaw Place in Bolton Hill Wednesday morning after someone entered through a side window that faces an alley.

THEFT FROM AUTO: Central District -- Someone broke into a car owned by a resident of Emmitsburg in the 400 block of W. Lombard St. Monday and stole computer equipment valued at $3,500.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the first block of S. Paca St. of $72 and two rings valued at more than $1,700 in the first block of W. Lombard St. Wednesday afternoon and asked him for change. During the robbery, the man opened his jacket and displayed a gun stuck in his waistband.

THEFT: Central District -- Someone stole two vacuum cleaners valued at $300 from a maintenance room at the Maryland National Bank building in the 200 block of N. Calvert St. between Sept. 25 and 28.

THEFT FROM AUTO: Central District -- Hand tools valued at $646 were stolen from a vehicle parked near the owner's home in the 200 block of N. Charles St. Wednesday.

THEFT: Central District -- Someone stole $100 and 60 bags of potato chips valued at $100 from a truck owned by Frito-Lay that was parked in the 700 block of Brune St. Wednesday.

THEFT/ARREST: Central District -- Kevin Burton, of the 3600 block of Glengyle Ave. was arrested yesterday and charged with theft of a $4,263 check made out to an employee of the T. Rowe Price Co. when he attempted to cash it at a downtown business.

THEFT FROM AUTO: Central District -- A 2200-watt generator and a hammer drill valued at $2,050 were stolen Wednesday from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1900 block of Eutaw Place.

THEFT: Central District -- Someone stole an MCI calling card from a resident of the 2500 block of Linden Ave and made unauthorized calls costing more than $500 between February and Tuesday.

THEFT: Central District -- Tools valued at nearly $1,600 were stolen between Monday and Wednesday from a gang box on the the 6th floor of a building under construction in the first block of S. Howard St.

THEFT FROM AUTO: Central District -- Someone stole two diamond rings valued at nearly $3,000 from a 1987 Sterling parked at a garage in the 200 block of W. Baltimore St. Tuesday.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman entered Industrial Metals in the 1500 block of Warwick Ave. around 11 a.m. Wednesday and ordered an employee to give him several hand tools. The value of the tools was not known.

ROBBERY: Western District -- Two employees of the Inland Leidy Co. in the 2200 block of Evergreen St. were standing outside the building Wednesday night when a man who implied he was armed robbed them each of $6.

AUTO THEFT: Western District -- A 1978 Buick Electra was stolen Tuesday from in front of the owner's home in the 2300 block of Koko Lane.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed the Carrollton food market in the 600 block of N. Carrollton Ave. Tuesday morning of more than $100.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A couple robbed a resident of the 2500 block of Calverton Heights Ave. of her purse containing $70 and 10 $1 state Lottery tickets while she walked in the 2400 block of W. Lafayette Ave. Tuesday morning.
