Bond redemptions

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of eight issues totaling more than $52.6 million.

The issues being called are:

* Garden Grove Industrial Development Authority, Calif., Series 1982, industrial development revenue bonds maturing Dec. 15, 2012. $3.97 million called at par on Sept. 29, 1992.

* Westchester, Ill., Series 1982, waterworks and sewerage revenue bonds maturing May 1, 1993, through May 1, 1997. $1.23 million called at 102 on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Minnesota State Higher Education, Series 1975 O, first mortgage revenue bonds maturing Nov. 1, 2000. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on Nov. 1, 1992.

* Gresham Hospital Facilities Authority, Ore., Series 1983, hospital revenue bonds maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 1996, and Oct. 1, 2013. All outstanding bonds called at 103 on Oct. 1, 1992.

* Tri County Metropolitan Transportation District, Ore., Series 1985 B, refunding bonds maturing Oct. 1, 2013. $10 million called at par on Oct. 1, 1992.

* Tri County Metropolitan Transportation District, Ore., Series 1985 C, refunding bonds maturing Oct. 1, 2013. $18.5 million called at par on Oct. 1, 1992.

* Fredericksburg Sewer and Water Authority, Pa., Series 1985, sewer revenue bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1995, Nov. 1, 2000, Nov. 1, 2005, and Nov. 1, 2015. All outstanding bonds called at par on Nov. 1, 1992.

* South Dakota State Health and Educational Facilities Authority, Series 1976, hospital revenue bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993, Nov. 1, 1997, and Nov. 1, 2007. $18.95 million called at 101 1/2 on Nov. 1, 1992.
