* Ellicott City: 3800 block of Grosvenor Drive: Between Saturday and Sunday, someone stole an $800 black leather jacket, $500 cellular telephone and a $600 radio-CD player. The owner discovered a passenger window broken in his 1992 Nissan Pathfinder and spotted a BB pellet inside.

* 8400 block of Baltimore National Pike: Someone drilled a lock to a Chevrolet van Monday while it was parked outside a bowling alley. The intruder took several items, including drills and specialty tools.

* 10000 block of Whitworth Way: Someone broke a passenger window in a 1990 Jeep Cherokee Saturday and stole a $250 radar detector, $150 cellular telephone, $100 microrecorder and a $450 camera.

* 10200 block of Bristol Channel: Between Saturday and Sunday, someone stole a $1,200 portable car telephone from a 1990 Volvo that was parked in a driveway.

* 12100 block of Woodford Drive: Someone entered a tool trailer Saturday and pried open plywood covering to a window.
