Board OKs parking on Crowl Road site

September 27, 1992

The county Board of Zoning Appeals has ruled that Ronald M. and Delores A. Price may park commercial vehicles on their property in the 300 block of Crowl Road.

Mr. Price operates a towing service with two trucks at the 6.6-acre property; his wife maintains the books for the business.

Neighbors had complained to the county about commercial vehicles parked on the property and noise from the trucks' safety alarms.

In a written decision, the board said the trucks would not make traffic conditions on Crowl Road more hazardous or harm adjacent property owners. The board said Mr. Price cannot park more than three tow trucks on his property at one time.
