Bond redemptions

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announce yesterday the early redemption of six issues totaling more than $20.5 million.

The issues being called are:

* Allegany County, Md., Series 1981, general obligation bonds maturing, April 1, 1993 through April 1, 1996. All outstanding bonds called on Oct. 1, 1992 at 100 1/2 plus 1/4 of one-percent from the redemption date to the stated maturity date.

* St. Louis County, Mo., Series 1985, single family mortgage revenue bonds maturing, April 1 and Oct. 1, 1993 through 2000, and Oct. 1, 2016. Partial call of $3.89 million at par on Oct. 1, 1992.

* New Jersey State Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, Series 1982, statewide mortgage purchase revenue bonds maturing, Oct. 1, 2002. Partial call of $14 million at par on Oct. 9, 1992.

* New Jersey State Housing and Mortgage Finance Authority, Series 1984, statewide mortgage purchase revenue bonds maturing Oct. 1, 2007. All of the above outstanding bonds called at par on Oct. 9, 1992.

* Bradford Area School District, Pa., Series 1979, general obligation bonds maturing Dec. 15, 1992 through Dec. 15, 1994, and Dec. 15, 1998. $2.6 million called at par on Oct. 21, 1992.

* South Dakota State Health and Educational Facilities Authority, Series 1979, maturing July 1, 1993 through July 1, 1998, and July 1, 2009. All outstanding bonds called at 100 1/2 on Nov. 1, 1992.
