Valerie C. Bradford, homemaker

Services for Valerie C. Bradford, 70, will be conducted at noon tomorrow at the Singleton Funeral Home, 1 Second Ave. S.W., Glen Burnie.

Mrs. Bradford died of cancer Sunday at North Arundel Hospital.

A homemaker, Mrs. Bradford resided in Glen Burnie for 49 years and belonged to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Glen Burnie.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Franklin H. Bradford of Glen Burnie; three sons, Frank Bradford Jr. of Severn, Wayne Bradford of Millersville and Fred Bradford of Tallahassee, Fla.; two daughters, Joyce Smallwood of Severna Park and Dianne Bradford of Federal Hill; and one sister, Plaige Clarke of Glen Burnie.

Edward J. O'Donnell, insurance agent

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated for Edward John O'Donnell, 70, an insurance agent, at 11 a.m. tomorrow at St. John the Evangelist Church, 689 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park.

Mr. O'Donnell, a resident of Severna Park for 34 years, died of cancer Sunday at his home.

After retiring from Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., Mr. O'Donnell formed his own insurance agency in Severna Park.

Mr. O'Donnell is survived by his wife of 45 years, Anne O'Donnell of Severna Park; five daughters, Peggy Turnblacer of Severna Park, Patty Rush of Solebury, Pa., Kit Peyton of Lancaster, Pa., Anne Magnuson of Arnold and Erin O'Neill of Minneapolis, Minn.; and one sister, Anna McGorry of Lehighton, Pa.

Fred A. Jarrells, dry dock worker

Services for Fred A. Jarrells, a retired dry dock worker, are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. today at the Singleton Funeral Home, 1 Second Ave. S.W., Glen Burnie.

Mr. Jarrells, who was 77 and a Glen Burnie resident for 30 years, died Sunday of heart failure at the Maryland Manor Convalescent Home in Glen Burnie.

He belonged to the Marley Park Church of the Nazarene.

He enjoyed baseball.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, the former Hazel Cooper of Glen Burnie; two daughters, B. J. Brokus of Severna Park and Toni Gianetti of Glen Burnie; one brother, Ora Jarrells of Portsmouth, Ohio; and three sisters, Flo Craft, Frances McGraw and Mildred Jarrells, all of Portsmouth.
