Baltimore's violent-crime task force arrested two people yesterday on charges of distributing heroin and cocaine from their West Baltimore home, where about $40,000 worth of drugs was seized, police said.
About 280 vials and 215 glassine bags of heroin and cocaine were found in the raid, in which police charged Davon Smith, 19, and Chenee Powell, 25, both of the 2000 block of Westwood Ave., with drug distribution and handgun violations.
