Mary Ann Parks, a retirement benefit analyst supervisor for Baltimore, died Tuesday of meningitis at Mercy Medical Center.

Graveside services for the South Glover Street resident, who worked for the city for 23 years, are at 1 p.m. today at the Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd.

The former Mary Ann Johnson was born in New York City, but raised in Baltimore. She was a graduate of Edmondson High School.

She is survived by two daughters, Jane Smith Flaherty of Gaithersburg and Jennifer A. Hall of Lansdowne; her parents, Daniel E. and Bernadette Johnson of Selbyville, Del.; a niece, Vanessa Dalla Tezza of Arbutus; and a granddaughter.

The family suggested memorial contributions to the Wilmer Eye Institute at the Johns Hopkins Hospital for the research of Dr. Douglas Jab.
