Baltimore City

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A man from the 1000 block of W. Cross St. was robbed of $20 yesterday afternoon by a man who attacked him as he walked in the 700 block of Washington Boulevard.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A Pasadena, Anne Arundel County, resident was in the 1200 block of Marshall St. yesterday when he was stopped by a gunman who robbed him of his money, jewelry and a jacket.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A gunman robbed Lord Baltimore Florist in the 300 block of N. Calvert St. of $195 at 3 p.m. yesterday.

ROBBERY: Central District -- Two men knocked down a man from the 500 block of Cathedral St. as he walked in the 100 block of W. Hamilton St. and robbed him of $30 at 5 p.m. yesterday.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A Fallston, Harford County, woman was walking in the 500 block of Cathedral St. at 8 p.m. yesterday when two men approached from the rear and stole her purse after knocking her to the pavement during a struggle. The men escaped with $30 and personal property.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A resident of the 1400 block of Kingsway Road was in the 200 block of N. Greene St. at 9:30 p.m. yesterday when he was stopped by a gunman who robbed him of more than $1,000 in jewelry.

ASSAULT/ARREST: Central District -- Police arrested a teen-age boy and charged him with aggravated assault after he threw a knife at another youth during an argument yesterday in the 500 block of Dolphin St. and struck him in the head. The victim was not seriously injured.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Someone entered a room at the Comfort Inn in the first block of W. Franklin St. yesterday and stole $1,000 and several credit cards while the out-of-town guest-resident was out of the room. A key was used to enter the room.

BURGLARY: Central District -- A resident of the 1700 block of N. Calvert St. was awakened early yesterday morning by two men who broke into his apartment. The men fled, but not before stealing a 35mm camera.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Property valued at $850 was stolen yesterday after someone broke into a house in the 100 block of W. 25th St. by forcing a window.

ROBBERY/ARRESTS: Northeastern District -- Two teen-age boys were arrested yesterday and charged with robbing another youth of his bike in the 4000 block of Belair Road. The bike, valued at $350, was recovered.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Property valued at $800 was stolen from a house in the 1500 block of Stonewood Road Tuesday. Police were seeking a suspect in the case.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone broke into a car owned by a resident of the 5700 block of Kenwood Ave. while it was parked in the 2200 block of Fleetwood Ave. yesterday and stole tools valued at $650.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Two men, one with a gun, robbed a resident of the 4500 block of Clareway of $95 yesterday as he walked in the 4100 block of Sinclair Lane early yesterday morning.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Two men entered the car of a Towson resident through an unlocked door while the vehicle was parked in the 6000 block of Moravia Park Drive yesterday and stole a purse containing $252 and personal property.

THEFT: Southwestern District -- Someone broke into and stole a CB radio from a van parked in the 2200 block of Garrison Ave. Tuesday night.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone broke into a house in the 3700 block of Cranston Ave. Tuesday through a basement window and stole stereo equipment and a compact disc player.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 4300 block of Connecticut Ave. was robbed of $175 early yesterday morning by two men who entered her home by telling the victim they were police officers. After entering the house, the men handcuffed the woman and stole the money after ransacking a room. The woman was not injured.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 4000 block of Bonner Road of $60 yesterday while he walked in the 2100 block of Denison St.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Property valued at nearly $1,200 was stolen from a house in the 3000 block of Grayson St. yesterday after someone entered through a bedroom window.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 3500 block of Greenspring Ave. was walking in the 3200 block of Greenmount Ave. early yesterday when a man exited a car and robbed him of $450 after assaulting him.

ASSAULT/ARREST: Northern District -- Police arrested a man yesterday morning who attacked the driver and passenger of a tow truck after his car was repossessed. The tow-truck driver was towing a car when he stopped for a red light in the 3200 block of St. Paul St. The car's owner, who followed the tow truck in another car, began hitting the tow truck with a baseball bat. He then struck the driver and a co-worker with the bat. The tow-truck driver was slightly injured. His co-worker received a broken arm and was taken to Union Memorial Hospital for treatment. The suspect was arrested at the scene.
