Naval submarines to visit Annapolis

Two Navy submarines will visit Annapolis today through Monday, anchoring in the Chesapeake Bay just outside Annapolis.

The USS Maryland and USS Alexandria will be used for training midshipmen from the Naval Academy.

The two submarines will not be open for public visitation.

The USS Maryland was commissioned last June, becoming the 13th Ohio Class submarine in the Navy.
