* Judith Bartholomew was named coordinator of activities and volunteers at the Concord Apartments in Baltimore, a program administered by Jewish Family Services.

NEW ACCOUNTS

* Delta Graphics, a Timonium-based design and communications firm, won a contract to develop conference support materials for the Marian International Conference of the Catholic Mother Diocese, which will be held in Baltimore Sept. 11-15.

* The Identity Group Inc., a Hagerstown-based graphic design and production firm, is providing print graphics for Alan L. Keyes' U.S. Senate campaign.

* Stephanie Marquette, an independent interior decorator with TransDesigns in Columbia, won a contract to decorate the new Helschien Health Center in Columbia.

TRADE ORGANIZATIONS

* Maryland Mortgage Bankers Association Inc. in Timonium elected the following officers: E. Philip Brady Jr., senior vice president of Latimer & Buck, president; Charles F. Reid III, vice president; Ernest A. Moretti, secretary; William J. Allen, treasurer.

* Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants appointed Michele Rothwell to the Young Members Activities Committee. Ms. Rothwell is an in-charge at the Baltimore-based accounting and management/consulting firm, Katz, Abosch, Windesheim, Gershman & Freedman.

* Baltimore Metropolitan Council, a new private, non-profit regional planning agency for metropolitan Baltimore, appointed Charles Krautler executive director.
