A 28-year-old Annapolis man was charged with possessing drugs early Friday after officers found cocaine on him, police said.

John Taylor, of the 200 block of Admiral Drive, was arrested in the parking lot of St. Martin's Evangelical Lutheran Church on Spa Road at 12:40 a.m. by officers who were searching the area for people involved in an earlier fight.
