Mr. Fleming, 71, a Glen Burnie resident for 31 years, died Aug. 25. A retired master sergeant with the Army, he had worked in the transportation department at Fort Meade. He belonged to the Youskya Lodge #20 of the Masons in Japan and was a member of the American Legion Post #40. He is survived by his wife, the former Minnie P. Gladd, of Glen Burnie; a daughter Adeline Myers, of Glen Burnie; sons Frank Fleming of Dundalk, and Charles L. Fleming, of Ferndale, and a sister, Rose Marie Mills of Goreville, Ill.
