2 boaters' bodies recovered

August 25, 1992

ANNAPOLIS -- Natural resources police yesterday recovered the bodies of two Baltimore men who drowned when their 18-foot boat sank off Sandy Point State Park, a Maryland Department of Natural Resources spokesman said.

Divers found the bodies of Madison Scott,54, and James Elector Martin, 51, in about 8 to 15 feet of water about 700 yards offshore, said John Verrico, a DNR spokesman.

Divers will try to recover the men's boat thismorning. No other details were immediately available, Mr. Verrico said.
