Jack Givens, 60,Estimator
Services for Jack Givens, 60, of Arnold, were held Wednesday Aug. 19 at the Singleton Funeral Home.
L Mr. Givens died Sunday of cancer at North Arundel Hospital.
A native of Elizabeth, Pa., Mr. Givens was employed as an estimator for the Ornamental Iron Co.
A member of the American Motorcycle Association, he enjoyed riding motorcycles and bowling.
Mr. Givens is survived by his wife, the former Elizabeth B. Barron; three sons, David Givens, John Givens and Michael Lagoey, all of Glen Burnie; and four daughters, Judith Brooks, of Middle River, Janice Lane, of Fort Wayne, Ind., Diane Kuiper, of Portage, Mich. and Lisa Milford, of Shilington, England.
Irene Setzer, 78, Glen Burnie resident
Services for Irene V. Setzer, 78, were held Wednesday at the Singleton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Setzer died Monday at North Arundel Hospital.
A native of Collegeville, Pa., Mrs. Setzer had been a Glen Burnie resident for 33 years.
A former member of the bowling league at Fair Lanes Ritchie, she enjoyed bowling, cooking, and gardening.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, William G. Setzer, of Glen Burnie; three sons, Jim Yenser, of Las Vegas, Nev., Bob Yenser, of Broughton, Pa. and Gene Yenser, of Ocala, Fla.; nine daughters, Terry Makin, of St. Louis, Mo., Barbra Schaffer, of Thorofare, N.J., Sandy LaFon, of Glen Burnie, Sharon Yenser, of Glen Burnie, Charlotte Gebhard, of Millersville, Linda Furlough, of Severn, Janet Shipley, of Waterloo, Teddy Duvall, of Severn and Judy Carroll, of Waterloo.
Marcie Trojanowski Was honor student
Funeral services were held last month for former Brooklyn Park High honor student Marcie Trojanowski, 21.
She died July 8 of unknown causes at University Hospital in Baltimore.
A resident of Brooklyn Park and 1989 graduate of Brooklyn Park High School, Ms. Trojanowski was an honor roll student and an active member of the Grace of God Fellowship Church.
L She enjoyed singing, dancing and the company of her friends.
She is survived by her parents, Donald E. and Sandra E. Trojanowski; a sister, Lisa Trojanowski; and brothers Brian and David Trojanowski.
Paul C. Wilson Sr., 74,Retired salesman
Services for Paul Carson Wilson Sr., 74, will be held at 11 a.m. today.
He died on Tuesday.
A resident of Arnold for eight years, Mr. Wilson was born in Baltimore and retired from Eastern Overall as a salesman.
He was a graduate of Glen Burnie High School and enjoyed wood working, gardening and baseball.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 88.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, the former Mildred L. Wilson, of Arnold; a son Paul C. Wilson, Jr, of Towson; two daughters, Pamela W. Collett, of Millersville and Deborah W. Fancher, of Annapolis.
