Education for careers

Career and technology programs available through the Carroll County public schools include business, agriculture, marketing, health occupations, trade and industrial and consumer and homemaker education.

Business, agriculture and consumer and homemaking education programs are offered at each of the county high schools, while trade and industrial programs are at the Carroll County Career and Technology Center and South Carroll High.

Health career students attend classes at the career and technology center, and marketing students are at Westminster High.

Programs are open to students who meet the prerequisites for each program.
