Services for Beverly Anne Jacobson of Glen Burnie will take place at 1 p.m. today at the Singleton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jacobson, 53, died July 23 in Baltimore of a cardiac arrest.
Originally from Parson, W.Va., she was a data processor and bridal consultant.
Her interests included cooking, gardening, sewing and swimming.
Mrs. Jacobson is survived by her husband of 31 years; a son, Martin W. Jacobson of Sweden; three brothers, Robert W. Nestor of Glen Burnie, Okey D. Nestor of Maryland and Lewis R. Nestor of Indiana; two sisters, Estella Dovell of Essex and Bonnie J. Thurston of Glen Burnie; and her father, Okey Gay Nestor of Glen Burnie.
Robert L. Ferris
Services for painter Robert Lee Ferris of Glen Burnie took place July 25 at the Kirkley Funeral Home.
Mr. Ferris, 25, died July 21.
Born in Cheverly, he worked for the Master Painting Co. in Brooklyn. His interests included playing the guitar, music and cars.
Survivors include a child, Shannon Ferris of Ohio; three brothers, Kenneth W. Pryor of Glen Burnie, Albert M. Rose Jr. of Annapolis, and D. Michael Rose of Prince George's County; and his mother, Shirley M. Rose, and step-father, Albert M. Rose Sr., both of Richmond, Va.
Services for retired housekeeper Mary Reed of Glen Burnie took place July 25 at the Kirkley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Reed, 76, died July 21.
She worked in homes in Baltimore until her retirement in 1955.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Reed.
Survivors include three children, Mary L. Nutter of Glen Burnie, Frances E. Randall of Baltimore, and Charles Harrison of Ferndale; two sisters, Elizabeth Bolsted of Arizona and Ann Armenio of Baltimore; seven grandchildren and four grandchildren.
