WESTMINSTER — Church breaks ground

WESTMINSTER -- The Church of the Open Door will break ground for its new gym and multi-purpose building at 9:45 a.m. Sunday.

The 30-minute service will take place at the proposed construction site on the rear parking lot.

Also, the Rev. Shelton Smith will speak on "Recapturing Lost Ground" at the 8:30 and 10:45 a.m. services. His sermon at the 7 p.m. service will be "For His Name's Sake," and the Pensacola Christian College Ensemble will provide music.

The church is on Route 140. Information: 848-8840.
