Annette Fischer, 46, Amnesty Interrnational's executive chief, died with her husband Saturday in a car crash in Italy, the human rights group said yesterday. She and her husband, Carl Eli Fischer, were killed in a head-on collision in Florence as they were returning home to Denmark after a holiday, Amnesty said. Mrs. Fischer, a Dane, was elected chairwoman of Amnesty's ruling International Executive Committee in 1991.
