Accomplishments: Won the stock car category of the Soap Box Derby, a member of the New Windsor A's baseball team last year that won first place in the New Windsor Pee Wee League

Recipient's comments: "I like how fast you go. After I won the fourth race [he ran a total of six to win], I thought I had a good chance of winning. M P General Contractors sponsored me, and I thought it was real nice of Mr. [Maynard] Puckett to let me race his car."
