Sandra Foxe

July 09, 1992

Services for Sandra Foxe, a maintenance worker at Security )) Square Mall, were being held today at the Full Gospel Apostolic Faith Church, 1804 Kavanaugh St.

Ms. Foxe, who was 35, was found strangled Saturday in the 1700 block of N. Monroe St. in West Baltimore. She was attacked while walking home about 10 blocks from a late-night prayer service at the same church where services will be held.

She had been a maintenance worker at Security Square in Woodlawn for one year and before that had done the same kind of work for several other businesses.

Ms. Foxe was born in Darlington, S.C., and was brought to Baltimore by her mother as an infant. She attended Herring Run Middle School and Lombard Junior High and graduated in the late 1970s from the defunct Fairmount Hill Vocational High School in East Baltimore.

Her sister, Kathy Foxe, said she enjoyed cooking and sharing a household with her daughter, Ieesha Hardison, and her mother, Ruby Foxe. They are her immediate survivors.
