FORT WASHINGTON -- One of harness racing's most important tests for developing 2-year old pacers, the Potomac Stakes, will highlight tomorrow's holiday program at Rosecroft Raceway.

This year's Potomac, worth $237,475, features 26 participants all competing in their richest race to date. There will be three separate divisions tomorrow.

Perhaps the most competitive of the three divisions will be division 2 (race 7 on the 13-race all-triple card), as Eicarls W A G (Dave Palone) meets up with Cam's Magic Girl (Cat Manzi. Each is undefeated. Eicarls W A G is the 7-5 morning line choice over Cam's Magic, which is 9-5.

The first division (race 5) has Swift Reflection the morning line favorite at 3-1. The remaining division (race 9) has Direct Assault the 8-5 early choice. Both Swift Reflection and Direct Assault come out of the Steve Elliott stable.

Tomorrow's card includes an $8000 Preferred/Handicap pace. Highlighting this event will be last week's Preferred winner, Steely Glow, which, this week, goes head-to-head with the razor-tough Meadowlands shipper, Ramsey Hanover.

Rosecroft also will simulcast the $192,000 Alfred E. Driscoll pace, headlined by former local all-age track record holder Artsplace, now the sport's fastest ever horse.

Rosecroft will simulcast action from its sister track, Delmarva Downs.

Both tracks feature all triple programs tomorrow. Rosecroft post time is 7:30 p.m.; Delmarva's is at 7:40 p.m.
