Severn man charged with PCP possession

A Severn man was charged with possession of PCP after police say they found him sitting in a woman's car on Flintlock Court Wednesday.

According to the police report, a woman called police at 3:30 a.m. because she heard glass breaking outside her home in the 8300 block of Flintlock Court.

When she looked outside, she saw a man sitting in her mother's car. The man attempted to run away as officers arrived, but he was tackled and arrested.

Officers searched him at Western District station and found a PCP cigarette inside a small knife in his pocket, the report said.

Alfred Michael Farmer, 33, of the 8000 block of Clark Station Road, also was charged with tampering with a vehicle and resisting arrest.
