The U.S. Supreme Court ruled U.S. kidnappings of Mexicans in Mexico to be legal. The Mexican court will rule on Mexican kidnappings in the U.S. at a later date.

Kidnapping of Supreme Court justices, however, is still frowned upon.

Cheer up. The Japanese parliament agrees to send troops abroad.
