Odenton girl, 13 assaulted at school
A 13-year-old Odenton girl told police she was sexually assaulted outside a Gambrills elementary school Saturday.
The teen-ager told police she was walking with a friend around Waugh Chapel Elementary School at 6 p.m. After her friend left, she noticed a gray, two-door Pontiac Trans Am parked on the school parking lot with two men and a woman inside.
One of the men shouted at her to come to the car. When she refused, he grabbed her and dragged her back to the car, where she was sexually assaulted, police said.
They kept the girl in the car until 9 p.m., when they let her off at the Odenton bowling alley. The girl walked home, police said.
The first man was described as black, in his mid-20s, about 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds. He was wearing a yellow shirt, black jeans and black shoes. He went by the name of "Pipe." The second man was also described as black and in his mid-20s, about 5-foot-10 and 120 pounds. He had a light mus
tache and was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and tennis shoes.
The woman was described as black and in her late teens, about 5-foot-3 and 120 pounds. She had curly, shoulder-length hair, a purple jacket and black spandex shorts with white tennis shoes.
2 sexually assault woman in Deale
A 33-year-old woman was sexually assaulted after two men picked her up outside a Deale bar at 1:15 a.m. Saturday.
Police said the woman was accosted by the men outside the Happy Harbor Bar, then driven to an unknown location, where they assaulted her.
She told police they then drove her to a trailer where she spent the night. The woman was driven to the bar where her car was parked the next morning, and she drove home, police said.
She was treated and released from Anne Arundel Medical Center. The woman described one assailant as a black man, about 6-foot-1 and 175 pounds. The second was a black male about 5-foot-8, with a gap between his two front teeth.
Masquerading teen attempts hold-up
A man wearing a Domino's pizza uniform tried to rob a Pasadena restaurant Sunday night, county police reported.
Investigators said the man walked into Seafood Delight in the 2400 block of Mountain Road at 7:15 p.m., pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money.
When the clerk yelled to her husband to call the police, the would-be robber ran from the restaurant. The clerk described the man only as teen-ager.
Florida fugitive caught in Annapolis
A fugitive from Florida was caught in Annapolis early Saturday and charged with assaulting the police officer who tried to arrest him.
Vernon E. Estep, 34, who was living in the 100 block of Victor Parkway, allegedly hit the city police officer in the right arm and tried to run away when he was stopped at 1:45 a.m., police said. The officer had recognized him as being wanted on an outstanding warrant, police said.
Annapolis police said Estep is wanted in Florida on drug charges. He was charged with battery and resisting arrest, as well as possessing cocaine, which police allegedly found when searching him.
City man charged in razor injury
A 28-year-old Annapolis man was charged with striking another man with a razor and wounding him in a fight Saturday night.
Stephen A. Watkins of Marcs Court was arrested shortly after 7 p.m. on charges of assault with intent to murder. He allegedly struck James B. Albert of Rutland Avenue in Davidsonville with a razor, cutting his face, police said.
Albert was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center, where he was treated for a deep cut to the left side of his face.
