Students charged with drinking at school

Two Arundel High School students were charged with drinking on school property after an administrator found a bottle of liquor in a car they were sitting in Tuesday.

According to the police report, an administrator saw the pair sitting in a car in the parking lot at 8:45 a.m. When the students saw him walking toward the car, they got out and went to class.

The administrator saw a bottle of brandy in the car and called police.

David F. Seibold, 18, of the 1800 block of Roxboro Place in Crofton, and a 17-year-old student were taken to Western District to be charged, police said.

Meade High reports theft of TV, VCR

Meade High officials reported the theft of a television and video recorder to police.

According to the police report, someone broke into the math department book room and stole the equipment, which the school had just received.

The burglar, who pried the door open with a tool, stole the items sometime between 3 p.m. May 21 and 6 a.m. Friday, police said.

Woman charged with making PCP

An Edgewater woman was charged with manufacturing PCP after police found the drug in her home Tuesday.

Narcotics detectives served a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of Mill Swamp Road and seized $1,000 worth of PCP and $463, police said.

Maria Nawrocki, 31, of the 300 block of Mill Swamp Road, also was charged with possession of PCP and paraphernalia, police said.

Four others in the home with her were charged with possession of PCP: Marla Sullivan, 25, of the 1600 block of Havre de Grace Road; Paul Wood, 24, and Shelly Wood, 22, both of the 1500 block of Brice Circle; and Charles Craig Melvin, 23, of the 500 block of Highland Drive, all in Edgewater.

Hanover:
