KCI Technologies Inc., an engineering company in Baltimore, appointed Michael Potter and William Delancey senior project managers.

Images, an Annapolis-based publisher of note cards, calendars and posters, named Gyle Stocks photographer.

The Scotsman Group Inc., a Baltimore-based manufacturer and distributor of mobile offices and modular buildings, appointed Stuart A. Kunicki executive vice president of Williams Scotsman, the mobile office division.

The Harbour School in Annapolis named Betsey Hottel director of development.

COMSAT Mobile Communications in Washington appointed Richard Bourdon manager of customer service.

Arcata Graphics, a Baltimore-based publication and book printer, named Wayne Lynn vice president and division manager of Arcata/Clarksville.

The Catholic Review, the newspaper of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, promoted Daniel Medinger to associate publisher.

Financial services

NASDAQ Stock Market in Washington named Cameron C. Brown and Jeffrey E. Salkin manager of media services in the Washington offices. Ms. Brown was formerly with the Associated Press Broadcast division, and was associate media director at Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Salkin has worked as a television news reporter and anchor at Maryland Public Television, WBAL-TV and WJZ-TV.
