The following offices will be closed tomorrow in observance of Memorial Day:
* Howard County government offices, public schools, county libraries, and the landfill.
* There will be no curbside recycling, refuse collection or MoRT, the mobile recycling truck.
Households scheduled for once-weekly trash collection will receive service on Tuesday. Households receiving twice-weekly trash collection will be allowed a double load, which will be collected on Thursday.
