Woman's purse snatched in city
A Pasadena woman had her purse snatched while leaving an Annapolis ice-cream parlor Wednesday night, city police said.
The woman, Bernice Wagner of Oak Meadow Lane, told police she had walked out of the Baskin-Robbins on Forest Drive at 9:15 p.m. when a man grabbed her purse and shoved her to the ground. She hurt her hand and bruised her nose.
She described the assailant as a thin black teen-ager, about 17 years old, at least 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was wearing a green shirt and black cap, police said.
