Bill Ramsey, the blind vendor threatened with losing his concession to sell snacks and toiletries in the Baltimore County Detention Center, will be allowed to keep his business.
County Executive Roger B. Hayden said today he has dropped plans to seek a sighted vendor for a commercial vendor that would return a percentage of the profits to the county.
