City prosecutors will consider possible manslaughter charges against an elderly Glen Burnie man involved in a five-car accident near Druid Hill Park that killed a Columbia woman early yesterday, a Baltimore police spokesman said.

Elsewhere in Maryland, an Annapolis motorcyclist and a Bowie women were killed and an Eastern Shore woman was critically injured in Friday accidents, police said.

In the Baltimore accident yesterday, a 1992 Buick Park Avenue driven by Wilford Stovall Sr., 69, of the 600 block of Pamela Road in Glen Burnie rear-ended three vehicles waiting at a traffic light on Reisterstown Road at Park Circle, said city police spokesman Sam Ringgold.

Antoria Brown, 28, of the 10300 block of College Square in Columbia was killed in the 7:25 a.m. accident.

The impact forced her vehicle into another, then Mr. Stovall's car smashed into two others, Mr. Ringgold said.

Although no charges had been filed against Mr. Stovall yesterday, the Baltimore state's attorney's office will review the case because a death was involved.

Friday afternoon, a 34-year-old Broadneck High School music teacher was killed when a car turning out of a Severna Park shopping center hit the motorcycle he was riding.

Kevin Paul Pallett of the 1100 block of Riverview Drive in Annapolis was pronounced dead on arrival at North Arundel Hospital about 45 minutes after the 4 p.m. accident.

Police said Mr. Pallett's motorcycle was traveling north on Jumpers Hole Road near Benfield Road when a car driven by Annette Fairfax Edmonds, 56, of the 400 block of Community Road in Severna Park pulled from the shopping center and hit the motorcycle.

The impact threw Mr. Pallett, who was wearing a helmet, off the motorcycle.

He had multiple head injuries and suffered a heart attack at the scene.

The Anne Arundel County state's attorney's office will review the case.

Also Friday, Tamara Lisa Bladen, 24, was killed in an accident on Route 450, east of Route 193, Prince George's County police reported.

Later that night, Susan Mae Vogel, 42, of Hebron in Wicomico County was critically injured when the truck she was driving ran off the road in Hebron, state police reported.

She was being treated at the Maryland Shock-Trauma Center yesterday.
