Almost 85 percent of callers to SUNDIAL (385 out of 453) say the city should grant the Orioles a delay on rent payment for Memorial Stadium but should exact a penalty. Sixty-eight callers (15 percent) say the extension should be granted without a penalty.
"It's Your Call" represents a sampling of opinions from certain segments of the community, but it is not balanced demographically, as a scientific public opinion poll would be.
