The Baltimore City Public Schools Bureau of Management Services will hold public hearings on school bus services at 6 p.m. today and Thursday. The hearings will be held at school headquarters at 200 E. North Ave. The sign-up for testimony will be held at 5:30 p.m., and testimony will be limited to five minutes per person.
