Recipient's comments: "I didn't expect it to happen. I wrote on equal representation of women in Congress and I didn't think anyone was interested in that. All the other people in my class were writing about the environment and things like that, so I didn't thinkanyone would pay attention to (my letter). I was pretty surprised."
