AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Eastern District -- About 11 p.m. Wednesday, four men approached a 31-year-old man in the 1700 block of E. Biddle St. One pulled out a handgun and shot the man in the foot, police said. The victim was treated at a hospital.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Eastern District -- About 3 a.m. Wednesday, a 21-year-old woman reported that while she was in the 2000 block of Barclay St., a man shot at her with a handgun, police said. She said the incident grew out of a previous altercation. She wasn't injured.

ARMED ROBBERY: Eastern District -- About 2 a.m. yesterday, a man named "Onion" approached another man in the 1800 block of N. Chester St., pulled out a gun, took $10 from the man's pocket and ran off, police said.

ARMED ROBBERY: Eastern District -- About 6:40 a.m. yesterday, three men approached a 28-year-old woman in the 2000 block of Barclay St., said they had a handgun and took $29 from her, police said.

ARMED ROBBERY: Eastern District -- About 9:45 a.m. yesterday, two men approached a 35-year-old man in the 1700 block of Spring St. and asked for a match. The victim was then struck on the back of his head and fell to the ground, police said. The two attackers took $45 from the man's wallet and fled.

ARMED ROBBERY: Southern District -- Two men, one armed with a handgun, demanded money from a man in the 2400 block of S. Hanover St. about 11:20 p.m. yesterday. Police said the robbers took $350.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- About 8:30 p.m. yesterday, two women stole $150 worth of groceries from a woman in the 200 block of S. Stricker St. while the victim was carrying the groceries into her home, police said.

ASSAULT: Southeastern District -- Robin Stewart, 34, of the 4700 block of Chatford Ave. was arrested on assault charges for allegedly using a box cutter to slash a 22-year-old woman during an argument about 2 a.m. yesterday at the Harbor Inn Bar in the 1300 block of S. Ponca St., police said. The victim was treated at Francis Scott Key Medical Center.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- About 1:40 a.m. yesterday, two men in their 20s approached a 47-year-old woman from behind in the 1700 block of Kane St., grabbed her purse and fled, police said.

LARCENY: Southeastern District -- Between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. yesterday, police said, someone broke a passenger window on a car parked in the 2900 block of Elliott St. and stole speakers and an amplifier valued at $450.

ARMED ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- Two men approached a 38-year-old man getting into his car in the 100 block of N. Collington Ave. about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday and pushed him against the vehicle. The attackers brandished knives and demanded money. They took $196 from the victim. During the incident, a third man acted as a lookout. The victim wasn't injured, police said.

LARCENY: Southeastern District -- Between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, someone broke a window on a car parked in the 500 block of N. Haven St. and stole a $200 radar detector.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Southeastern District -- Two juveniles were arrested Wednesday in connection with the cutting of a 12-year-old girl on her left leg, police said. About 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, the victim was in the 3100 block of E. Jefferson St. when two juveniles approached her and cut her leg. The wound was superficial.

ARMED ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A 29-year-old man was robbed in the 600 block of N. Chester St. by two gunmen about 4:45 p.m. yesterday. They went through his pockets and )) took $72, police said.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Between 3 a.m. Sunday and 3 p.m. yesterday, someone entered a home in the first block of N. Ellwood Ave. and stole $500 in property.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Between 4 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. yesterday, someone stole $2,460 in property from a garage in the 800 block of S. Lakewood Ave.

ATTEMPT ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- About 10:20 yesterday, a man in his late teens or early 20s approached a woman from behind in the 700 block of S. Ponca St. The woman wrestled with her attacker, who finally managed to grab her purse, but she snatched it back. Police said the attacker fled and the woman was not injured.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Between midnight Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday, someone entered a home in the 3100 block of Presstman St. and stole a handgun valued at $289.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. yesterday, someone entered a basement apartment in the 3200 block of Clifton Ave. and stole a color television set, police said.

ARMED ROBBERY: Western District -- About 11:40 p.m. Wednesday, two men approached a man in the 600 block of Wheeler Ave. and demanded money. The victim handed over $200, police said. He wasn't injured.

ARMED ROBBERY: Western District -- About 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, two men approached a man in the 1000 block of W. North Ave. and demanded money. They fled with the victim's $110, police said.
