Volunteers are needed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow to clean up the Otter Point Creek area at the Melvin Bosely Conservancy in Edgewood.
Participants should meet at the parking lot of the Izaak Walton League of America's Bosely Conservancy, off Perry Avenue.
Volunteers are asked to pack a lunch, wear old clothes and sturdy footwear, and bring gloves.
Otter Point Creek is a component of the Chesapeake Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve of Maryland, managed through the Coastal Resources Division of the state Department of Natural Resources.
The estuarine research reserve is one of 19 reserves nationwide. The areas are maintained for long-term estuarine research and education.
