Young Elvis forever

It's your call

April 08, 1992

It'll be the young Elvis Presley on the U.S. Postal Service stamp -- the one drawn by Maryland artist Mark Stutzman -- if SUNDIAL callers are representative of the nationwide vote being taken to determine which of two likenesses will be used.

The younger Elvis got 176 votes to the 72 in favor of the older Elvis from the Las Vegas days of about 1973.

"It's Your Call" represents a sampling of opinions from certain segments of the community, but it is not balanced demographically as would be done in a scientific public opinion poll.
