A 27-year-old Annapolis man and a 35-year-old Glen Burnie man were charged Sunday with possession with intent to distribute PCP, county police reported.
Around 1:47 a.m., an officer spotted a white Chevette parked partially in the northbound lane of Route 10 near Route 648, police said. Two men, seated on the ground next to the car, were incoherent and disoriented, police said. Next to them, an officer found a bottle containing liquid PCP worth approximately $250 to $300, police said.
Police arrested Gary Keats, of the 1600 block of Carryback Court in Annapolis, and Edmond Endley, of the 400 block of Glen Mar Circle in Glen Burnie.
2 FACE DRUG CHARGES AFTER POLICE RAID HOME
Two people were arrested on drug charges Friday night in Shady Side after county police reported seizing three grams of PCP-treated parsley flakes and 19 hits of LSD at an Avalon Shores home.
After narcotics officers searched the home in the 5000 block of Lerch Drive, Wanda L. Shelton, of the 6300 block of Shady Side Drive in Shady Side, was charged with possession of LSD. Dennis E. Railey, of the 7800 block of Bruton Drive in Glen Burnie, was charged with possession with intent to distribute PCP.
GAS STATION EMPLOYEE SHOT DURING ROBBERY
A 31-year-old attendant at a Linthicum service station was in stable conditionyesterday after being shot in the back during an early-morning armedrobbery.
A man in his 20s approached Charles R. Fox, who was working at Frank's Exxon, in the 700 block of Nursery Road, at about 1:16a.m. and asked for cigarettes, police said.
The bandit pulled outa shotgun, took the victim's money and shot him in the back, police said.
3 TEENS INJURED IN AUTO ACCIDENT
Three teen-agers were in stable condition yesterday after their car hit a tree on Brick Church Road in Edgewater Saturday night, county police said.
George Luton,17, of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Sean McMillin, 16, of the 5200 block of Cottonwood Road in Lothian, were treated at Anne Arundel Medical Center. A passenger, Nicholas Luton, 14, of the 1000 block of Wrighton Road in Lothian, was flown to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
George Luton was driving east on Brick Church Road, about a half mile from Route 2, when he turned, speeding, into an S-curve, police said.
He locked the brakes as he came out of the curve. The car slidinto an embankment, went airborne and struck a tree.
Police said charges are pending.
MAN ROBBED BEHIND BROOKLYN PARK STORE
A Baltimore man was robbed of $170 Friday behind the Channel Home Center store in Brooklyn Park, county police reported.
The 34-year-old victim was walking behind the store at Route 2 and 11th Avenue around 2:30p.m. when a man came up behind him, hit him in the head, tore his shirt and tried to choke him, police said. The robber then reached intothe victim's pants pocket, stole the money and ran toward Park Elementary School, police said.
The suspect, described as a black man weighing about 180 pounds, was wearing a blue, hooded sweat shirt overa black sweat shirt.
